Me neither, sitting there that long that your skin starts to grow around the seat? was the woman really big and couldnt get up? apparently not, she just didnt want to move. Very odd!!!! and what about her boyfriend bringing her food and water for 2 years before he told anyone about it!

She must suffer from some sort of mental illness, depression, or just lived with an idiot boyfriend who let her sit on the toilet for that long.  What person would allow that and not call for help sooner.
