How could such explained phenomena be explained ?

One friend regulary goes for read her beloved books/esoteric,for meditation etc./ in some distant and whitout people places in the park.Always happen same - she sits ,takes the book, becomes reading at calm and in beloved nature and after some time become to appear people around- they also sit just as in the other places in the park ,conversing or eating sandwiches,,meanwhile come birds to sing and often a street cat or a dog .Nothing special in this case except the places supposed to be absolutely distant and whitout visitors.I think some spirit of Intelect attract them all- even some like to sit exactly at her place after she is leaving the bench or the meadow.Similar situation when she enter a shop with India clothes or jewelery- she likes be alone when looking at the products but just after minutes a crowd from somewhere enters a shop.

Is here smth that may come from some other dimension?

A lot of people like quiet, secluded places and seek them out.

Animals, too. like peace and quiet.  

If there is a bench  there, the place is not that very secluded.  

Seek out a spot under a tree.

If she talks to the people and they talk back or pokes them and they are real then it is simply timing. I try to go to lunch when places aren't busy but so do others so a place might be empty when I am first there but not after I have been there a few minutes.

If the people vanish into thin air or something then one would have look for other explanations.
