I am about ready to give up on Yahoo Groups completely. It is destroying my emails as I get hundreds per day. Does Yahoo have a bug in Yahoo Groups? Why won't it filter? I am NOT talking about spam. Spam is not the same thing as filters. I am talking about FILTERS. Am I going to have to call Yahoo on the phone for anyone to figure this out? I don't want to read a daily digest, I want my Yahoo Groups to filter my individual YahooGroup emails like they are supposed to to my self-made folders. Email disaster going on here.

  1. Maybe this is the answer - though I'm not quite sure...

Apologies for not posting to the blog about this issue earlier, but we do want to let folks know that we're aware of the problem with Yahoo! Mail mistakenly diverting some messages from Yahoo! Groups to the Yahoo! Mail spam or bulk folder.

The Mail team has just tonight pushed a fix to the problem, but they're not yet sure if the fix will address the problem completely or only partially. So if you're still finding messages from Groups sent Wednesday (10/24) or later being wrongly diverted to your Spam or Bulk Mail folder, please let our Customer Care team know:

It will help us solve the problem more quickly.

    Thank you,

  2. this is a mail issue- choose your form from the page below because unless you're a paying yahoo mail user, you're never going to get a person on the phone. non paying users are directed right back to here. sorry. I hear other free mail providers filter ok but then they glitch as well
