How could there be no legal action taken against the soldiers who killed Fadel Shana? Vehicle had "TV Press" ?

If I were a soldier, and I saw press written on a van, I wouldn't consider that vehicle to be friendly.  Just look at your post, no real facts, but looking for vengence (and an opportunity to make our soldiers look bad).......

Where did you read the vehicle had TV PRESS?  If I am a soldier and someone is pointing something unidentified at me, they would be shot also.
