How could this kid be too good to pitch?

Does anyone really believe this story about a nine-year old boy named Jericho Scott who is such a good pitcher that the league is banning him from pitching? Here's the link for the story:

I think it's all just a publicity stunt to get his name out there.

I don't think it is a fake story.  I saw it somewhere else too.  I think it is not fair to the boy.  I could understand if he had no control and the kids were in danger but, he is just a little kid with a lot of talent.  They should let him pitch.

You'll see. It has to do with the parents and not the kids. Bet you two million. We are getting the story, but not the REAL story. His mom probably brought a better snack than some other kid's parents and there's a pissing match going on between them. I'll bet anything that the real story has nothing to do with that kid's abilities. The down side of Little League is that they allow parents into the parks. Ban them or turn the game back over to the kids.

yeah!!! i heard about that this morning on the radio, its weird, they wouldnt cut a kid whos not good enough, so why would they do it to someone whos too good?
