  1. Seeing my dad recover from a heart attack made me quit eating meat. He was in the hospital bed with a frightened look on his face and two red burn marks on his chest from the defibrillator that re-started his heart.  He then had angioplasty to unclog his artery that was fill with fat deposits from his  poor diet. I loved hamburgers and steak, but I hated the thought of having a heart attack at a relatively young age (my uncles had heart attacks in their 40s). I changed my diet and started exercising and I feel like a million bucks.

  2. I can understand a vegan's p.o.v. I'm not a vegan but I hate almost all meat except for ribs, and bacon. Meat just isn't that great. I'm a dairy person and can definitely live without meat, burgers included, and pepperoni's on pizza.

  3. OKay, I totally LOVE meat! But, I tried to be a veggi once. All  you have to do is try to give up one meat at a time, such as you least favorites(steak) first.  Or you could really push yourself and give it all up at once then, treat yourself once a week then, once a month, then none at all! Good Luck! Thank You and have a nice day.

  4. i smelt rotten meat..put me off for two years

  5. What's wrong with steak? .... Nothing is better than a great steak on the BBQ (unless it's a prime rib)
