Let me  paraphrase your story..

You offered a movie star  a drink, after a while she wants kiss from you, but  you refused;  she  bribed you with thousand of pesos for that kiss. She cried because you wont kiss her.

Story # 2: You meet another girl, a foreigner, she recognized that you are a male and you recognized that she is female. She offered hers, you refused because it's willingly given.

My opinion.

I think  you are the one abusing these women. You are the cause why the movie star was in tears. She just want a simple kiss and you refused. You  humiliated her. Now go back to where she is and give her a kiss. As simple as that.

For the foreigner girl, if she offered hers  for free, I think you have to think a hundred times. check first  if  she is free of  STD.
