How could you know if an atm card can be used international?

I have an atm card from the philippines which is "BDO Atm debit".. It has the logo of mastercard and also has the logo which is metallic silver which has 2 circles which resembles the earth... is my card can be used international?

Yes it probably can be used there, International cities will not accept Discovery cards or American Express, But I used my debit card for Master card in Africa with no problems, They will accept Travlers checks.

Call your bank and ask them.  They are always the best source of information about your accounts.

By the way, that is called a debit card here in the US because it has a Mastercard logo on it.  It will work as an ATM card and a debit card wherever they accept Mastercard.
