How could you use science/science method to prove that God exists?

You can't...science only deals with the natural world.  God is outside of the nature world.

I know I'll get lots of thumbs down for this but, I'll explain anyways.

How you could prove that God exists using science is think of how Earth was created and how the Universe was created. Even if you believe in the Big Bang Theory, God could have caused it to happen.

Ask yourself

1. How did the universe get here, even before the big bang (if it happen) or before any stars were here?

Also, think about Earth's spectacular things like the human body. For example if you are sick, it could heal. Same thing with animals. Also, think of the plants and animals and what could have caused all these elements to be created such as helium, oxygen or hydrogen. All of this could have not happened by itself.

If evolution were true, how could it have started? There had to be a beginning to it.

Science can only test physical things. There isn't a scientific way to prove it.

Make a hypothesis which the only reasonable explanation would be if God exists; design a test to demonstrate that hypothesis; and repeat that test a significant number of times.

For example:

Hypothesis: There is no natural way for an amputee to regrow an arm.

Experiment: We get a few hundred people to pray to God.

Conclusion: If the amputees repeatedly regrow arms, it is likely that God exists.

Not 100% proof since maybe Zeus, Thor, or some advanced alien intelligence was regrowing the limbs in God's name, but it would be a place to start.

Most theists will of course say that God is beyond science and does not exist in the real world - it is beyond matter or energy. Thus, no scientific experiment could prove its existence. Others would argue that God (being intelligent) is choosing not to be detected. Others say God is an abstract concept - like "love" or "vastness". Under these definitions one simply could never create an experiment to proof that God exists.

The tricky thing about science is that you can only use it to prove things that are true.  As far as God is concerned, science tends to point in the opposite direction.
