  1. It only makes sense if you can find someone to stay with who lives close to the job.  Also, what does "part time" mean?  A few hours each day, or a couple of days per week?

You'd better be darn sure that your paycheck covers the gasoline or other transportation costs to get there!  Balance it out -- figure out how much travelling to the job will cost you.  Not to mention the serious reduction in your free time!

  2. with gas over 4 bucks a gallon that's crazy!

  3. Bye a jet!)))))))))

  4. How much would you get PAID?  Does it cover the fuel prices and the risk of travel?  Honestly, that means an 8 hour time on the road which is basically a part-time job in and of itself.  Is there some reason you can't get an apartment close TO that desired job?

  5. its a horrible idea, u should move. who knows wut time u would get home and how bad the traffic woulld be!! n gas prices r crazy and its only a PART time job 2!

  6. You're going to be spending 8 hours a day driving to and from your job. If it's a part time job, you'll spend more time driving than actually working. Not only will you be exhausted, but you'll never be doing anything apart from sleeping, working and driving. It'll drive you crazy. Get a job closer to home or move closer to work.

  7. at these gas prices; it is insane.

  8. yes it craZY

what about a car sharing program where members can use cars at locations throughout without having to own the car.http://www.zipcar.com/

  9. That's insane.  The cost of gas will exceed your take-home pay.
