this will help you... use 'zillatube'

it is the easiest  (and also the  fastest) way.  

Zillatube easily download videos from Youtube... to your computer, and more (e.g. convert them, or to play them). - convert to mp4/mp3 for psp.

It works very well -  just yahoo or google search for "zillatube"

if u have realplayer u can just click "download this video" when u go over it and then u can downloas a converter and change it to ur psp version

Open up youtube.com and go to the video you want to download. The longer the video, the more time it will take so if you have High-speed internet that will work great, and if you have Dial-up it might take a LONG time or not even work at all so beware.

Go up to the the website address bar and click on it and hit CTRL+C to copy the address.

In ANOTHER window, open up Keepvid.com.

In the area that says "Enter URL of Video Page here - Example " and so on, paste the Address, there by clicking there and hitting CTRL-V to paste.

Click on the DOWNLOAD button next to where you Pasted the Address of your video.

Click on the link (Which is green) that says DOWNLOAD under where you pasted the Address with the ( ) that say "video.mp4 - High Quality". This is the format that can be played in iTunes and on the PSP.

After clicking on the link, a window will pop up (might be blocked by Pop-up Blocker so temporarily disable it) and click on the one that says SAVE, not OPEN.

Save it where ever and wait for it to complete downloading.(I Prefer a Folder on the desktop labeled whatever you like such as "Videos" or "Youtube videos").

Then drag and drop the video in:

iTunes Users: In the movie place of your iTunes that is where it will pop-up if placed in a playlist. You can change the name and whether it is a movie or Music Video by right-clicking it and clicking on "Get Info".

PSP User: Drag it into your VIDEOS folder.

You could use vixy.net, convert the video's into MPG4 (format) and then you should just be able to drop them into your music folder.
