Corruption (note the o as the second letter) can be erradicated (note the e as  the first).  Trouble is, it would also require the deaths of many innocent human beings, so in our attempts to stop corruption we would have to be corrupt.  Sort of a Catch-22.

end discretionery power of the judges, the ministers, the bureaucrats and  the police .make RTI 2005 more lethal with none exempted incl military and so called scientists. make voting mandatory. make panchayati raj all powerful.

change judiciary to jury system empowering the lowest rung of the society as well as the women of no substance as is defined by the english speaking indians of european genes.

and banish both english and sanskrit from this earth.

Identifying the departments where corruption took place mostly.

Transfer the officials to remote places who is involving in the corruption (as punishment)

Give more chances to the yougsters in these dept. ( Basically new people do not have idea of corruption

Don't give bribes.To be able to do that you should not expect out of turn favour from anybody.Make a start and attain that stage.

It cannot be eradicated. It can be reduced.

People need to take a more active interest in their government. Newspapers and TV stations have to hire and have more intelligent reporters. We need better conflict of interest laws and guidelines. Records including incomes have to be opened.

When we create machines to run the government.  Corruption is part of the human factor that; as the previous posted indicated, cannot be predicted.

arrest the officials who were committed once a mistake... 'coz if they got their mistake once, it will be predicted, that they will commit the same mistake again for the second time. :D
