How damaging is alcohol to pocelain veneers?

I had porcelain veneers put on my teeth, and I just read that alcohol consumption is bad. Does this mean I can never drink or just not a lot?

What are some other veneer tips for keeping them safe?

    Too much may refer to the Cement/Adhesive used to keep them in place.....after all it is/they are  Porcelain....(STRONG)
