In the United State the most dangerous one are the Black Widow and The Brown Recluse.  But these are pretty rare.

Most people think tarantulas are bad, but the fact is their poison doesn't bother humans.  It hurts, but you won't die.  tarantulas make good pets.

All spiders are venomous but very few have venom that causes any issues for humans. Some species have bites similar to bee stings and some can cause a bit of swelling or pain. There are very few spiders that have a potentially fatal bite, there's somewhere around ten different types of spiders that have a potentially fatal bite (widows, recluses, funnel webs, Brazilian wandering, and some six-eyed species) - there's probably less than 100 species total (it sounds like a lot but there are several thousand species of spider). Depending on the spider and type of venom, people who are bitten by the potentially deadly spiders have symptoms like vomiting, nausea, muscle spasms, and hypertension, though recluse spiders have a necrotic bite that can rot the skin if left untreated.
