How dd u un block the blubster site?

i down blubster and now i cant finished it cause it has a block on it so how can i removed it

To remove it from your computer click on start/control panel/programs/install UN install programs find it in the list and highlight it and click UN install. To unblock it from firewall click on all the same except this time click on security/ firewall.
