How deep can the snow get during blizzard?

plz answer this is for a major research project and i need answer for it!

  1. It depends. A blizzard isn't measured by how much snow it will receive but by the visibility and wind speed. There has to be maximum sustained wind speeds of 56km/h (35mph) and the visibility of .4km (1/4mi.) or less for at least 3 hours.


  2. Some blizzards dump 8 feet of snow when all is said and done. Depends.

  3. When I lived in Alaska,  I remember 10 foot snow drifts and minus 65 degree temperatures and that is w/o the chill factor.
