How deep should you bury something out on an abandoned farm if you don't want it found for at least 50 years?

  1. Under the barn. deep under the barn.  down the well? There would be one there.


  2. Martha Stewart says- if you wrap them entirely in garbage bags and duct tape the minimum depth is 4 feet.  however 6 feet is a must if you don't have the time to completely seal the body in duct tape and Glad bags.

    Either way make sure the body is thoroughly frozen before burying, it makes the handling so much more convenient!

    Better to just feed them to the carnivorous pigs!

  3. 12-15 ft should suffice. tho a good rule of thumb is 6 inches in depth per year.

  4. Buy it deep. Real deep.  

  5. Graves are six feet deep.
