How deep would the foundations need to be....?

Question

I am planning on building an out building in my garden, the building will be about 3x5 meters and about 9ft high with a flat felt roof. The building will be constructed with breeze blocks with some engineering bricks for detail. I need to know how deep the foundations need to be and how wide as well, and what should I use for the foundations, hardcore.....ect

ask your towns building department. most likely 4 inches thick of concrete
