Question:

How di i get better fm reception with my sirius satellite radio?

The only option I have is to use the fm antenna that came with the system as I don't have a direct line in connection or tape deck. I guess since the FCC lowered the fm signal strength for units such as mine,many users have the same weak signal issue that i do. I phoned an electronics place that recommended an FM modulator that should solve the problem. It's $30 so I plan to try it unless anyone else has a reason why I shouldn't get it and/or a different solution. Thanks!

  1. Get the FM modulator that has a jack that may be mounted for easy access.  You may want to add a male to female extension cable to do this.

    That way you don't have to hard wire in your Sirius and it leaves you the option of hooking up an iPod or something later without so much hassle.  This looks like it might work for $16
