  4. Rather late for the now growing concern that is being expressed regarding the HIV/AIDS global epidemic!?

    Due to breakdown of sexual discipline,increase in s*x abuse,rape,no condom use,majority not knowing they are infected,mother-to-child transmission.victims spurned by their friends and families,governments attitude and budget constraints.poor and middle-income countrier having no access to necessary drug,no significant breakthrough  in combating the infection,ect...

    With current statistics of the millions living with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus the future looks bleak!

Because it was not politically correct to take actions that will protect the general health of the public.  Mostly out of fear.  Now that that disease has killed so many it is demanded that we dump more money into it and forget the pesky minor problems like cancer and heart disease.   Well that's my opinion.
