The soviet army claimed that when they reached Hitler's bunker he had died of a self inflicted gunshot wound.  There are some who say that because the body that was found was so badly burned, Hitler really escaped to South America in 1945 and lived to the age of 93.  Today, it is well known that many SS officers were able to escape to South America, so it is not really outlandish that Hitler would have been able to escape.  The 5 basic ideas behind this conspiracy theory are:

1.)In those days, Hitler was one of the most powerful men of his time. As such, because of some bodyguards etc., it would have generally been at least possible to escape.

2.)The Gestapo chief Heinrich Mueller told his US CIC interrogators in 1948, that he arranged Hitler's escape from Berlin and that Hitler together with Eva Braun flew to Barcelona, Spain on April 26th, 1945.

3.)Soviet Marshall J. Stalin in 1945 told many Allied Leaders that Hitler escaped from Berlin. There never was an identifiable corpse of Adolf Hitler nor of Eva Braun.

4.)The whole suicide story of Hitler rests solely on the concocted testimony of four fanatical n***s. As they were fanatical n***s, they would have, of course, lied to make an escape possible.

5.)The Russian army even faked Hitler´s death by making a photo of a double of Hitler.

Elvis died of a drug overdose.  I really don't know as much about him.
