How did Al Pacino died in The Godfather Part III?

He is an old man in the end. He sits at his bench for a few minutes and dies from a heart attack while sitting.

He grew to be an older man in the movie playing with his grandson in  a garden with tomotoes etc.. and he was playing with his grandson and chasing him around and his heart gave out. you see him sitting in a chair at the end and he slumps over and then falls off his chair.

He did and awsome job in that series.!
