Well, there are a few myths as to how she died. One myth involved her trying to have s*x with a horse and the horse crushed her. Not true. Another myth was that she died on the toilet. Also not true. The true story is that she collapsed in a closet and one of her friends found her lying on the floor. They moved her into her bed and 12 hours later, she died.

Okay I just read this in the book called "s*x with Queens". She died on her chamberpot from a stroke. The rumor of dying having s*x with a horse is simply outrageous...people only made that up because she had an unending sexual appetite!
