Japan and other colonial powers such as Britain and Portugal nibbled at its edges, and it has undergone revolutionary transitions;  but I don't think that China, as a whole, was ever ruled entirely by foreigners.

China is the oldest country in existence.... always been independent to an extent, but it was controlled by the Mongolians for a brief period of time.
