How did Conti's Pastry Shop & Restaurant start?

i need the history of conti's really bad. how did it start? who is the owner?

I know it's in the menu but I can tell you something that's not.  Conti used to be one of the partner of Dates and Nuts which used to be located also in BF Homes in Paranaque. They ventured to set up a restaurant in the US and ended up in disagreement because one of them hired relatives who later on became a problem. So they split up and Conti's started anew in BF.
