  1. As a Blood Type "O" Hunter/Gatherer, Cro-Magnon lived a hard life, at the subsistence level, having time only to make tools, jewelry, as well as some cave art, mostly in modern day France & Spain!

Cro-Magnon lifespan was generally to about 25-30 years of age!

When the Ice Age became too much, by about 10,000 BCE, Cro-Magnon migrated south, and back east towards the Black Sea region until the ice melted, and then "his" ancestors slowly returned to Europe, appx. 7,000 years ago, and became the H. sapiens that we know of as modern Europeans!

  2. By the time of the cromagnon, humans had discovered fire and making shelters, so he was adapted to any surrounding based on his ability to use his intelligence to make it habitable. Humanities adaption to any environment has always been its intelligence which it used to make fire, shelter, weapons, warmer clothing etc.

  3. Well, what we do know comes from the excavation of Cro-Magnon cave and various other sites which produced cave paintings, carving, tools and other artifacts.  Cro-magnon was really no different then modern man (and women); they were a little stouter to deal with the colder climate during that period in France.  They made flint and antler arrow points, could sew clothing, made fire, had a spoken language, made art, and had a diverse diet from grains to meats.
