  1. Considering the man's 171 points in 2005 Super 12, making him the highest points scorer. Not to mention NZ player of the year 2004. His performances against the Welsh and Lions were truly remarkable. As for the 2005 - He was the best player more so the best number 10 in the game. Some one answer this, why was Johnny Wilkinson picked for the Lions out of injury?

  2. I agree -  you just have to watch this young guy play at international test level.

He was the main man for All Blacks in their 3-0 series win over the British and Irish Lions last year.

His 33-point haul in the 48-18 second test victory in Wellington was described by some as the most complete performance in the game's history. (NZ Herald)

In our biggest game last year for the 'grand slam' he set up the two tries which helped beat world champions England 23-19 at Twickenham.

"Carter was the clear winner for IRB player of the year from a short list that included fellow All Blacks Richie McCaw and Tana Umaga and Springbok duo Bryan Habana and Victor Matfield" (NZ Rugby News)

Jeez he's a helluva kicker - easily the best all round player. Thats how.
