You know, everyone contributed to global warming, allegedly (I'm still skeptical about this whole global warming thing). Maybe he did with this massive wars and use of cannons and such? if you think about it, he didn't do much to contribute as the technology back then was not that advanced. advanced technology is responsible for gas emissions and global warming (guess which country has the highest gas emissions and energy use... USA)

i need to be careful here, but just for the sake for answering the question, maybe he contributed by burning all the jewish people... :S

He started a war that was mostly fought using fossil fuels (oil burning trucks, tanks, planes and ships along with coal burning power plants and trains, oh and the V2 burned ethanol).

He also may have been partly responsible for the first and only use of nuclear weapons in war happening before nuclear power (which seems to have caused massive PR problems for the best technology for stopping global warming) by encouraging the US to develop nuclear bombs and also diverting US attention away from Japan.
