I needed to read a Spanish paragraph, pointing out all the words that end in -ísimo and then saying what the original word would have been. How did I do?

gordísimos - gordo

sucísimos - sucio

viejísimos - viejo

facilísimas - fácil

inteligentísimos - inteligente

simpatiquísimos - simpático

And would "malísimo" used "Fui a un circo malísimo" have an original word of mal or malo?

Yes "malisimo" comes from "mal", (bad).
