How did I do today on my diet? ?

im 17, 5'2" and 138pounds. i'm trying to lose 20 pounds

at breakfast i had a half bowl of sliced frozen strawberries in yogurt

at lunch i had a bowl of Cambells tomato soup, banana, and a handfull of peanuts

for a snack (30min before volleyball practice) i had a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich

after two hours of vb practice, i had a cup of water melon, 2 cups of leftover chinese food (brocoli chicken) a slice of ice cream cake and a cupcake. it was too much so i purged that the moment i was done eating. (i know, bad me, but i cant have ice cream and cupcakes while dieting)

how can i do better tomorrow?

  1. Eat one-third of what ever you usually eat and exercise twice as much as you usually do. Don't judge your eating habits tomorrow. Judge your eating habits monthly.
