Question:

How did I gain 10 pounds???

I have been working out everyday, for 3 days and watching what I eat too and already I have gained 10 pound! What is going on, and will I ever start to lose the pounds instead of gaining them. I also don't see a deference in my weight, but the scale says 10 pounds more.

  1. Exercise.

    Btw, Frozen food = no healthy.

    A lot of the "healthy" foods that say "no transfat" "reduced fat" "less sugar" are just scams.

    Read the calories on the back of each meal.

    There's also a portion size, they'll use it to trick you.

    Like it says 200 calories per serving.

    Then read how many serving are in the bag.

    So like 10 servings per bag.

    If you eat 1/5 of the bag, it's 400 calories, not 200.

  5. Are you actually tracking your food so you know how many calories you're eating? You need to make sure you're eating less calories than you're burning. Try the site in the source link.

  6. If you've gained 10 pounds in three days, then you've scarfed down a lot of food.  I was going to say muscles, but no one can build that much muscle in three days if they're doing the 300 workout.  Did you weigh yourself on a different set of scales originally or something?

  7. maybe your eating unhealthy food or when your working out you gain muscle and muscle has weight to it so maybe your healthy and gaining weight because your working to gain muscle hope it helps =]

    uwill be able to lose the weight but u have to work REALLY hard.

  10. I would like to verify whether you eat after you work out say like within 2 or 3 hours? If you do, you will have to stop doing it or you will gain more weight. After high metabolism our body will lose certain amount of energy/calories(depends on how intensive you train) , within 2 hours time our digestion system will work at it fullest capacity. So meaning whenever you eat it will absorb the nutritions better compare to low metabolism period. I guess this is why you gain weight instead or losing weight. If this is not applicable then i guess it's due to your body muscles are building up. The density of muscles cell is much more higher than your fatty cell. That's why you gain weight, So just chill man you are getting fitter as your were. Haha.
