In the movie, "The Fugitive," Richard Kimball goes to see an inmate at the county jail to see if that is the one armed guy that killed his wife. Now, before he gets in there, he is asked to show ID. What are we led to believe how he was able to get in there without raising suspicion? He had that janitor's fake ID, but didn't the female doctor take it away from him when she questioned what he was doing there way before he went to the jail? Are the cops just dumb and when checking ID's, didn't get that, that was him? I'm curious as to what others think....

  1. It's a MOVIE!!!!  If they didn't allow that, it would have been a short movie now wouldn't it?

  2. It's just a film. In most jails, you have to be on the inmate's visitor list before you can get in.

  3. Okay, it was just a movie.  That couldn't happen in real life.

But just to let you know.  The ID he used was a doctor's ID that he had taken and changed the photo.  The ID was at a security clearance level that he obtained entry to the prison ward section of the hospital.  It was not a jail, but a separate section of the hospital for prisoners.  Less security.

    That do it for you?

  4. IT WAS A MOVIE...............Geez

Oh yeah..............there is no Easter Bunny or Tooth Fairy......
