How did Rory Emerald get Queen Elizabeth's favourite Grenadier guardsman to smile and guffaw outrageously?

He had just informed the Grenadier that he,Rory,Baron Sligo, had foreclosed on the Windsor Castle mortgage. It is said that HM is not at all amused! That Rory is such a scamp.

The guardsman guffawed when Rory related the time when he made a seemingly near perfect copy of the titanium knickers, which for security reasons the Queen has worn over the past decade or so. Rory's fakes contain a pouch of hidden, tiny feathers in the gusset which were released after the knickers had been worn for 2 hours.

The effect was to lead to questions in Parliament and the tabloid press as to whether Her Majesty was developing St Vitus Dance. Rory's little joke certainly tickled the Queen's fancy!
