How did Sosuishitsu-Ryu Jiu-Jitsu affect Kodokan Judo?

Well according to those sites, I guess one of the instructors in the lineage helped come up with some of the Kata's from Kodokan Judo. He was part of a board of guys developing it.

Honestly I have never heard about that, but that doesn't mean it isn't true. I know there were lots of styles of Jujitsu as a base for Judo and that Dr. Kano studied under a variety of teachers of Jujitsu.

How it directly affect Judo I am not sure, other than some of it's techniques are most likely found in Judo, as well as in some of the katas of Judo.

Other than that, I am not sure this is the first time I have read anything about this specific Ryu of Jujitsu and it's ties to Dr. Kano.
