How did Voldemort not know?

kay, so voldemort knows exactly when anyone is lying to him, except for snape and dumbledore, so, why didn't he realize right away that narcissa was lying to him about harry being dead????

He probably wanted the answer to be yes so much he just couldn't be bothered to read that treacherous mind of hers!

He was probably a little bit shaky after killing a piece of his own soul in Harry and falling unconscious for a few minutes. He also wanted Harry to be dead so badly after 16years that he didn't want to question Narcissa and was relieved when she told him Harry was dead. Good question though.
