I went to take a leak and when I lifted the lid there was a big ol frog in there. We're talking the bathroom upstairs. I called my brother thinking he was playing a joke but he didn't do it. No one else has a key to my house.

  1. Have you eaten frog legs lately?

  2. Frogs can hold their breath and swim through pipes. it's not common mind you. It's been known to happen with rodents, snakes and frogs. Though, normally they come in through the vent pipes on the roof. One even had a squirrel found in the toilet wiht the lid down.

There's tons of stories, one species of frogs kept getting into toilets in Florida because it craves the moisture. http://dsc.discovery.com/news/2007/06/14...

Don't fret about it too much. Just get the creature out of it and let it go free. Don't try to flush it, you'll clog your toilet.

  3. Not that unusual!

It's not. They wander around seeking comfortable climates and moisture areas. So hopping into the toilet is no surprise. Some people have to place screens over their commodes in real bad areas.
