There will be several prospective employees called in for a group interview.  During the interview, make sure to express interest in what you are being told, take notes and be sure to ask questions. If there is a time where interaction between the applicants is necessary, take an active part in it.   These are things the interviewer will be watching for.  If you sit silently through the interview with no interaction,  you stand a lesser chance of being hired.
