How did aggressive dictatorships result in another world war?

Specifically about the leaders and what they did to cause this and how.

  1. Well if you mean WW2 Hitler and Musoline were both dicatators h**l bent on expanding their borders. Obviously for them this meant invasion. Joseph Stalin too was an aggressive dicatator and a fierce nationalist who originally allied himself with Hitler in the joint invasion of Poland in 1939 in a land grab in which both parties would get half the country but I think once Hitler tasted blood (that is invaded Poland) he then began attacking others nations thus truly sparking WW2. Japan was the same, Hirohito was an imperialist and invaded China in the 30's thus causing international embargos that led to the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. The ruthless ambition of these men and their own greed for more land is what sparked the war


  2. well hitler and the others were agressive and decided to try  to take over the entire world. thus everyone tried to defend themselves and fought germany and japan and all the others
