  1. Cars changed the entire atmosphere of life in the 1920's, American life especially. It was a domino effect that boost all surrounding economies and help light the flame of the roaring twenties.

    The entire idea of what cars did is far too much to say, but good points to note are:

    Cars increased the production of roads, and offered an excess of jobs. The steel industry was greatly benefit by the onslaught of new business as well as rubber. In addition, people were able to disperse from the city and live with more space. The extra space implied a decrease in inner-city pollution and decease. People also could afford the extra capital on personal items.
