  1. ok colonialism comes from colonia in spanish what it mean the spanish came to peru to conquist them so they were ruling them as part of the spanish kingdom just like the english to americans (or actually native americans)

the king of spain made peru his colony and sen the vireyes to represent him there so this vireyes were governing peru till perus independency in july 28 1821 after that we have jose de san martin as the governor and he started democracy of course just certain people can be president and certain people can vote so more like anarqui...

  2. Spanish conquest of the Inca Empire

The Spanish conquest of the Inca Empire was a process through which a group of Spaniards led by Francisco Pizarro succeeded in toppling the Inca Empire in the early 16th-century, as part of the discovery and conquest of the new world. They took advantage of a recent civil war in the empire (between the groups of the brothers: Atahualpa and Huascar) to capture the ruling monarch, Inca in the city of Cajamarca on November 16, 1532. Today it is called the Siege of the Incas. In the following years the conquistadors managed to consolidate their power over the whole Andean region, repressing successive indigenous rebellions until the establishment of the Viceroyalty of Perú in 1542 and the fall of the resistance of Vilcabamba in 1572.
