  1. you are speaking of history may be we should start search before thousands of years to fined the reasons

but the main elements which people making moving out and distribute to different places in every where in this world is

    1- Better life

2- find a better job or better business

    3-run way from the war

    4- find better weather

5- find better people to live with

6- find place it have source of water or food

  2. They got there, then became nationalities. they were tribes, first.

If you're refering to different physical features, that's mostly a 50/50 split of adaptation and the founder effect.

  3. In general, a search for territory with access to resources. The rest of it is geology and other earth sciences, history and politics.

  4. Nationalities are physical or emotional barriers; people ascribe themselves a nationality as well as sovereign nation-states ascribing "citizenship" and "legal status" to members of "countries".

People have been moving around ever since they could; whether through nomadic tribes, war, famine, economic hardship or just plain want.  Nation-states had to figure out ways to keep track of their people, so they started drawing lines that included some and excluded others.  What you roughly get are todays borders.

Obviously, this is a generalization of the topic.  If you are talking about social categorizations and/or physical morphology, you can research Boas (race) and Frederik Barth (ethnic identity).

  5. People have never let deserts or waters stand in their sway. 50000 years ago they Austrailian aboriginies sailed there.

In africa, instead of blocking poeple off, the Sahara deset facilitated dispersion of peoples and trade.

Any way, when populations seperate, they diverge in more ways than one, culture, sciences, art, physical appearance, and others.

  6. Evolutionary scientists believe the earliest homo sapiens originated in Africa tens of thousands of years ago.  The reasons are like any of today. Too many people = not enough food = go elsewhere. People got to overseas continents often in the time of the iceage (boats weren't invented then!). During this time, sea level was very low, so more land was exposed. Also, there were huge sheets of ice people could walk across. For instance, the first North Americans got here by the Bearing Plain from North East Siberia 15,000 - 20,000 years ago. Humans were around WAY before that!

Different nationalalities are the result of evolution. Tens of thousands of years allowed people to adapt to their environments. We lost our "fur" because of the warming climate. One scientist (see 2nd link) thinks skin color has to do with the linkage between testosterone and ultriviolet light. Others think it has to do with melanine or vitamin D. It's an ongoing debate.
