What i heard are different stories one sais that they died because the earth had a big sunami, the other sais that it was the sun heating up the earth. But one thing is truth they got wipedout of a big earth disaster

The most acceptable explanation at the moment is that the earth got smacked by a small asteroid.  

The resulting explosion caused a huge shockwave and a lot of heat, burning and destrying everything for hundreds of kilometers around.  Probably made a huge wave that circled the globe a few times too.  

At the same time, tons and tons and tons of dust were expelled into the atmosphere where it stayed for years and years.  Anything on land that survived the first event, the explosion and its associated death dealing then suffered from starvation as land plants failed to grow for many many years, at least in amounts that were able to feed all of the land animals.  Most of the land animals that survived the catastrophe were the ones that were small, lived a lot of their life underground, and ate dead stuff.  Plenty of dead stuff to feed on for a long time afterward.

The dust also caused a huge climate change, adding to the problems already described.  The big land animals didn't really have much of a chance.

At least that is the primary explanation.  Other things may have also contributed.  Long long story.

Global warming,killed all there food supply. Just think there where no cars back than so what did they blame global warming on, they said the climate change was from dinosaur farts no kidding
