How did global warming start in the first place?

The earth is on a natural cycle and that causes global warming.

Al Gore's Theory: The greenhouse gases that we produce (cars, factories, cigarettes, etc.) go to the atmosphere where they then trap heat in. This heats up the earth, melting the ice.

So the idea is that there would be less temperature rise yearly, if we cut down on greenhouse gases, but the natural cycle would still have us heat up, but by less.

Same way that the global cooling crisis of the 1970's started - people trying to capitalize on the gullibility of others.  Don't think for a second that Al Gore isn't making a fortune off of the "green" movement.  Meanwhile he flies his jets and burns more power in one of his mansions in a month than I do in an entire year.  It is hypocrisy!  

Also, heating and cooling cycles are natural.  The earth would experience them whether we are here or not.

It started at the end of the last ICE AGE about a bizillion years ago and will end at the beginning of the next ice age in another million or so years. All this talk about global warming is just a lot of political c**p. Don't worry about it.....

It Started in the first ice age and we were aiding it to us  by using our new technologies that produce pollutants like carbon emmisions and others now the ice on the both pole are warming up and soon to be melting by the suns heat, before the ice bounces the suns rays to space and causing lesser melting of ice  but now the suns rays heat the ocean near the shrinked ice so the more heat it gives because nothings bouncing it to space.
