Question:

How did i eat? how many calories?

breakfast- 3/4 cup oatmeal and non-fat yogurt

lunch- turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with tomato, cheese and lettuce with mustard and an apple

snack- grapefruit

dinner- 1 chicken breast without skin (said it was only 100 cal) brocilli and a baked potatoe

then 25 min. cardio

and i walked a lot at work

how many calories?

PLEASE help me so i dont have to ask again!
