Question:

How did i eat today on my diet?

well the day isnt done yet but this is what i have planned/already ate.

breakfast- 3/4 cup oatmeal with a little skim milk and grapes

lunch- 2 english muffins one was topped with penut butter the other with jelly.

then cantaloupe

snack- non fat yogurt, green tea

probably drink some skim milk before dinner

dinner- tuna salad, filled with veggies like cucumber, tomato and carrots. (not a mayo salad)

then i will bike for 45 min to an hour before dinner.

how do you think today is?

  2. Very healthy. Sounds great but for me, I would not be full on that. I'm a 20 year old female. Maybe have some orange juice with breakfast to top off your already good diet.

  3. That sounds like a very healthy, balanced meal, and good exercise. Very nice job!

  4. Sounds good so far, but you should of cut out the english muffins, have something proper for lunch like sandwhich on brown bread, or a salad something like that if your on a diet. If you just cut out things like muffins then you will do great!
