well the day isnt done yet but this is what i have planned/already ate.breakfast- 3/4 cup oatmeal with a little skim milk and grapeslunch- 2 english muffins one was topped with penut butter the other with jelly.then cantaloupesnack- non fat yogurt, green teaprobably drink some skim milk before dinnerdinner- tuna salad, filled with veggies like cucumber, tomato and carrots. (not a mayo salad)then i will bike for 45 min to an hour before dinner.how do you think today is?
