okay so i'm on a low-calorie diet these days, well like 1000 calorie-dietand i've been losing a lot of lbs with exercisebut these days it's been harder to lose weight and i ate less calories today, as usual, about 800 calorieswith lots and lots of waterand i got on the scale and gained two lbs?how did that happen and how can i take that off?someone with experience/knows a lot about weight loss answer please.
