but these days it's been harder to lose weight and i ate less calories today, as usual, about 800 calories

with lots and lots of water

and i got on the scale and gained two lbs?

how did that happen and how can i take that off?

  1. Dont worry about it because thats just water weight you have. Dont lower your calorie count because you arent getting there. You should really stick to one number of calories and continue what your doing. The weight will come off.

  2. i actually dont think that you are eating ENOUGH calories

  3. its water weight. also since youve been exercising alot it probably is muscle weight. remember weight doesnt matter its the way you look. cuz muscle can make a huge difference in weight..just letting you know..

  4. I lost 250 lbs in a yr and a half after I shattered my leg.....my weight will go 5-10 lbs back and forth.  It's most likely water weight or muscle.

  5. A few possibilities are

Water Weight-It'l go away as soon as you sweat again

Muscle Weight-If you've recently ripped a muscle so it grew back lager (muscles weigh alot)

Or my last thought would be if you eat too late your food doesn't digest. You should give your body 3hrs before lieing down to go to bed. Whatever it is dont worry about it, it'l go away!

    Hope i helped

  6. u should have atleast 1200 cals peer day - anything less and ure metabolism will get`slower and u will gain weight.  i bet that's the culprit

  7. 1. Possible water weight.

    2. Muscle does weigh more than fat

    3.  When you go on an extremely low calorie diet and a rigorous exercise plan your body starts to adjust to protect itself - it thinks it needs to slow down the metabolism and conserve calories - kind of like a survival instinct -  and it can become more difficult to lose weight at the same rate.  You might want to mix in a power bar somewhere during the day.  Cut it in half and eat it one half in late morning and one in the afternoon - this will keep your metabolism going.  Also, if you are doing the same exercise every day your body adjusts to that as well and you sometimes start burning less calories - try this:  do intervals - i.e, on elliptical or treadmill vary the speed and difficulty during the workout.  That way your body has to make constant adjustments.  Also, again, one reason that you're not losing lbs as quickly is that you're doing a fat for muscle exchange.  Which is good!

Don't freak out over the 2 lbs. You'll probably drop it pretty quickly.

  8. Two things I can think of. Water weight and you are building muscle by exercising and that also makes you gain weight. Take salt pills or water pills they are over the counter pills.
