I had taken 3 and a half 47 mg concertas wich had been cut in half in order to remove the time release and a hydromorphone pill. I am 5,6 and 130 pounds i was wondering how i survived the ordeal?

You did not succeed in killing yourself the first time, so now you are asking advice as to the proper dose?  Get help.

Any suicide attempt is serious, and you may well have the urge again. See a Psychiatrist.

Because your body, even if not your conscious mind, has survival instincts - some people have lived through their blood being at 44 degrees C (where most proteins are meant to coagulate in blood).

Basically to make it very hard for you to die. Which is a good thing...

There are other options than taking pills, you know. Better options, that will change your life for the better - there are people out there who have dedicated their lives to helping people like you - you just have to ask. A good, happy life is there for the taking, within your reach.
