  1. Mine felt fine - until after when I realised I had it done and I got a bit light headed, but wasnt in pain or anything! Got a medium shooting star effect on my lower leg near to my ankle...

  2. Like a million pinches...lol, I got a puppy paw tattoo on my leg.

  3. hurt at first, then - amazing. euphoric. it's on my wrist - not small, not large.

  4. I had one last year on my stomach only small

Its bearable inconvenience rather than any pain, but i guess that does also depend where abouts you get it done on ur body.

  5. my first and only tattoo was done on my lower back and is about 2 inches high and about 7 inches long, i was nervous and excited the outline which was done with 3 needles at a time stung a bit but the filling done with 5 needles tickled and at times felt numb. I'm more into piercings the hollowed needle being pierced through my skin is more painful but also more exhilarating almost like a natural high

  6. Like c**p because my parents did not know..but i learned to overcome that, after all i finally did something for myself since everyone around me are just temporary people in my life.

  7. this is a common question, with varied answers. to me though, you cannot describe the feeling. it's truly unique. if i had to try and give out a rough description, it feels slightly warm (almost hot), mixed with some burning slightly, and some pulling. but it's not complete he**. and even that depends on your pain tolerence, seeing as everyone's is different. you just have to quit asking and start doing! go small if you're nervous about it.

    good luck!

  8. I have 4 tattoos, they are all on my stomach/hips right below my belt line.  3 of them are just small words, like names of bands & one of them is an ex's name (bad idea.)  And one of them is a music note.

None of them hurt all that bad.  To start w/ it feels kind of like you are getting carpet burned.  After a while it goes numb & you can't even feel it.

It hurts after you get it done when you put your clothes on over it or you put lotion on it.  That is when it really starts stinging.

  9. The answers to this question will vary.. It depends on your pain tolerance.. Anyone that says it doesn't hurt is just trying to be tough.. I'll agree that most people make it out to be a lot more painful than it really is though.. I got two of mine right on the bone on both wrists, where a lot of people claimed to be their most painful.. I didn't mind it, though I have a really high pain tolerance and actually like the feeling of tattoos and piercings (I promise I'm not a freak).. Its a hard sensation to explain.. It really depends where you get it, how big, and what it is.. Once you get used to it, it won't bother you.. Just go for it..

  10. about 2 inches on my ankle, and it hurt the entire time.  that was me.  others don't mind the pain, i did.  i'm still getting more, though.

  11. my first one was only small and i got it on the back of my shoulder. i felt great . and had some more done.

  12. It really depends on where the tattoo is located My first one took three hours and goes from hipbone to hipbone, my second is on my upper back in the center, and my third is on the back of my neck.  The parts that touch my spine hurt the worst, but other than that the pain was little to none or manageable.  Either way it's a temporary pain, and well worth the memory that lasts a lifetime.

  13. i have one that takes up the front of my thigh...it wasn't too bad...it hurt the most the first few minutes and my inner thigh...talking a lot or watching tv and distracting yourself makes it not hurt very much

  14. Like a constant stinging and hot sensation all the the same time. Some people say only the outline hurts.  BS! Or at least for me. Cause mine hurt from the sec they started until the very end!!!!!!
