It was in his contract to win. He is an undefeated boxer. Why would he agree to lose at a fake sport? That would be dumb.

The bottom line is, Mayweather won. However, it definatly seemed to be scripted, and i wouldn't be suprised if it was. This aside, Mayweather is a phenomenal fighter, whereas The Big Show was just born a giant- and that is all he's got; this is why, even though Floyd is a bit of a prick, i'm glad he won.
