How did people find out what they wanted to do?

I feel like life is whizzing by wile im stuck in yet another crappy job. Also i have two degrees but am not sure i want to follow tht career..what a waste..how did others find what they wanted to do careerwise?

if you don't like your job leave it, save some cash and travel and look at what transferable skills you have from your two degrees. i worked in my field of study for 4 years and and then decided to take some time off, i think i still want to do that kind of work, but i'm just leaning about other stuff, life stuff, for a while. there's no point in being stressed, you're obviously smart so you're employable, you just need to have a little fun now.
